Beginners/Intermediate Decorative Arts & Decoupage
In this course you will cover the basic techniques used in Traditional Decoupage. You will complete a Traditional Decoupage piece, an Iron-on piece and an underglass project. This course is held over 5 weeks.

Advanced Decorative Arts & Decoupage
In this course you will explore some of the more advanced decoupage techniques. You will also incorporate decorative design techniques and faux finishes such as crackling, gilding and oxidation to enhance your work. You will also explore the painted in process. It is imperative that you complete the Beg/Int course before pursuing the Advanced course or that you have a working knowledge of the basic and intermediate techniques as they will be utilised but not covered in the advanced course. This course is held over 6 weeks

Beginners/Intermediate Beading
In this course you will start with a basic stranded piece and work your way to a double float, earrings and knitted bracelet. You will also learn how to incorporate more than one technique into a beaded design. This course is held over 4 weeks.

Advanced Beading including Wire/Wig Jig & Gismo
In this course we tackle more intricate beading techniques we will also use wire to enhance and strengthen our beaded designs. We will also use the wig jig and gismo (two wire design gadjets) to make our jewellery really stand out. An introduction to chain maille is also included. This course is held over 5 weeks.

An introduction to Decoupage and Decorative Painting
Information, Demonstration, Tips, Techniques and Try outs
Includes Explanations with visual samples and demonstration of decoupage techniques including Traditional, Victoriana, Under Glass, Iron-on and the Painting in Technique.
Decoupage can be as uncomplicated as preparing and painting an object, cutting out images, glueing down these cut out paper images onto your object and then protecting your work with a couple of layers of varnish or it can be a completely all encompasing artistic endeavour with so much attention to detail and technique that you find yourself obsessed with your project for months.
So, if you've ever wanted to know whether decoupage is for you why not come and try it out for the day. No need to buy any supplies all are included in this special workshop.
